E-Services - Star Phone System

"Special Teller Automated Response" phone system, or STAR, is ready to serve you day and night. With your personal identification number you can make a variety of inquiries from any touch-tone telephone. The phone number for STAR is 281.488.0708 or 800.940.0708.

To access the STAR Phone System:

  • Dial 281.488.0708. You will then be greeted by STAR's automated voice
  • Next, enter your JSC FCU member number and your personal identification number (PIN).
  • Follow STAR's instructions to perform desired transaction.
