Confirmed COVID-19 Cases at JSC FCU Solution Centers

Please be advised that effective December 21, 2020, all JSC FCU solution center lobbies will temporarily close until further notice to best protect the health and safety of our members, team members, and communities.

Access to our lobbies is available by scheduled appointments. Make an appointment by calling 281.488.7070 or online. Face coverings are required to enter our lobbies.

You can manage your financial needs digitally from anywhere, 24/7 online or through the JSC FCU mobile app. Members also have access to ATMs nationwide, free of surcharge. Find an affiliated ATM here.

JSC FCU | League City

  • A JSC Federal Credit Union team member who tested positive for COVID-19 last worked at our League City location, 501 FM 270, on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 8:30 AM.

JSC FCU | Ellington

  • A JSC Federal Credit Union team member who tested positive for COVID-19 last worked at our Ellington location, 404 FM 1959, on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 6:15 PM.

JSC FCU | Clear Lake

  • A JSC Federal Credit Union team member who tested positive for COVID-19 last worked at our Clear Lake location, 1330 Gemini, on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 4:30 PM.

If you visited the above solution center recently, you may have been exposed to the virus. We strongly encourage you to review the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website, which includes symptom identification and what to do if you have reason to believe you have been exposed. Hours & Operations

Lobby Appointments Available

JSC FCU solution centers with drive-thru banking will be open during regular business hours and will continue to offer expanded drive-thru services.

Lobby appointments are available Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and at select locations on Saturday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. You can make an appointment by calling 281.488.7070 or online. Face coverings are required to enter our lobbies.

As a JSC FCU member, you can bank and manage your financial needs digitally from anywhere, 24/7 online or through the JSC FCU mobile app.

What You Can Expect When Visiting JSC FCU In-person

Face Coverings Are Required

We will be wearing masks and ask that you do the same. Upon entering a lobby, you will be greeted by a JSC FCU team member who will ask that you temporarily remove your mask and verify your identity with a government-issued ID.

Social Distancing & Limited Occupancy

For your convenience and safety, social distancing markers and protective shields will help you maintain proper distance in our lobby and teller lines and keep you safe. Additionally, the number of members in our lobby will be limited to allow for safe distancing.

Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitation Procedures

Frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as counters, teller stations, JSC FCU ATM keypads, and drive-thru stations will be sanitized daily, for your protection.

Our team members continue to follow established guidelines for illness-prevention, such as frequent and thorough handwashing, and refraining from coming to work if they are feeling ill.

We Remain Vigilant

We remain vigilant and committed to doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. Organization-wide, we continue to maintain enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures at JSC FCU office buildings and solution centers

Protecting Yourself from Fraud & Scams

Beware that fraudsters are using the COVID-19 pandemic to take advantage of individuals through some of the following ways:

  • Spoofing or falsifying their phone number to display as a reputable company
  • Sending fake texts, emails, or calls about your relief check
  • Asking for COVID-19-related donations to fake organizations
  • Infecting your mobile or desktop devices with a virus if these types of messages are opened or clicked

Remember, if we reach out to you, we won't ask for confidential or sensitive information such as your password, personal identification number (PIN), or social security number (SSN).
