Please be advised that effective December 21, 2020, all JSC FCU solution center lobbies will temporarily close until further notice to best protect the health and safety of our members, team members, and communities.
Access to our lobbies is available by scheduled appointments. Make an appointment by calling 281.488.7070 or online. Face coverings are required to enter our lobbies.
You can manage your financial needs digitally from anywhere, 24/7 online or through the JSC FCU mobile app. Members also have access to ATMs nationwide, free of surcharge. Find an affiliated ATM here.

Lobby Appointments Available
JSC FCU solution centers with drive-thru banking will be open during regular business hours and will continue to offer expanded drive-thru services.
Lobby appointments are available Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and at select locations on Saturday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. You can make an appointment by calling 281.488.7070 or online. Face coverings are required to enter our lobbies.
Digital Banking & ATMs
As a JSC FCU member, you can bank and manage your financial needs digitally from anywhere, 24/7 online or through the JSC FCU mobile app.
If you haven’t already, enroll in JSC Federal Credit Union eBanking and download the JSC Federal Credit Union mobile app via the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).

Face Coverings Are Required
We will be wearing masks and ask that you do the same. Upon entering a lobby, you will be greeted by a JSC FCU team member who will ask that you temporarily remove your mask and verify your identity with a government-issued ID.
Social Distancing & Limited Occupancy
For your convenience and safety, social distancing markers and protective shields will help you maintain proper distance in our lobby and teller lines and keep you safe. Additionally, the number of members in our lobby will be limited to allow for safe distancing.
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitation Procedures
Frequently touched surfaces and objects, such as counters, teller stations, JSC FCU ATM keypads, and drive-thru stations will be sanitized daily, for your protection.
Our team members continue to follow established guidelines for illness-prevention, such as frequent and thorough handwashing, and refraining from coming to work if they are feeling ill.

We remain vigilant and committed to doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. Organization-wide, we continue to maintain enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures at JSC FCU office buildings and solution centers
