Learning Lunch: It's Never Too Late!
April 18, 2014
11:30am
Butler Longhorn Museum

1220 Coryell St, League City, TX 77573

Join us as Kay Moon Winter presents It's Never Too Late! with a focus on:

  • Re-inventing oneself
  • Becoming a mentor to an adult learner
  • Giving a workshop in your area of expertise
  • Auditing a class
  • Tutoring
  • Teaching as an adjunct

Kaye Moon Winters has a long history of defying stereotypes. She's been busting a stereotypical laundry list of them to the tune of Pomp and Circumstance since starting school at San Jacinto College at 55 years old and graduating from the University of Houston at 60, to begin a successful career in adult education and become a nationally recognized advocate for adult learners.

She is currently serving as San Jacinto College's first Educational Planner/Recruiter for Adult Learners and is the founder of a support group for them known as Never Too Late, or as they like to say; N2L.

As a mother of three and grandmother of four, she lives her truth that it is never too late to be who you might have been, and is dedicated to helping others discover this for themselves.

Lunch: $5 per person
Reservations Required
