What do I do if the ATM machine did not dispense the money but the funds were removed from my account?
In some cases, the machine will auto correct the funds back to the account within a few minutes. If this does not happen please complete the ATM Cardholder Dispute Form, located on the Forms & Documents page under Account Forms. You may also call 281.488.7070 or 800.940.0700 or visit one of our branch locations to complete the form.

If I complete a debit/ATM dispute, how long will it take for the funds to return to my account?
Once all paper work is complete, the funds will be refunded to the account within 3 business days.
