JSC Federal Credit Union works to secure your account against fraud every day. Your Debit/Credit card is a favorite target for fraudsters. One of the tools the credit union uses to help prevent card fraud involves monitoring for suspicious transactions.
When a transaction is attempted that raises a question, the credit union will call you, the cardholder, to confirm that the use is legitimate. We call the number you provide to us as your "home" phone. This may not always work best for getting in touch with you. If you are traveling, at a store, or otherwise away from home, we may not be able to reach you and your transaction may be declined.
Please take time to consider updating your "home" phone number with us if you would prefer we contact you on your cell phone. You may update your phone number with us online through eBanking or eDocument, in person, by mail or by fax.
