Target Compromise

You may have heard about the data breach at Target stores nationwide between November 27 and December 15, 2013. JSC FCU is making every effort to ensure the security of your funds and the privacy of your personal information.

We use sophisticated fraud-monitoring tools to review account transactions and detect abnormal spending and ATM patterns, which helps us block fraudulent transactions. You should, however, monitor your JSC FCU account carefully for suspicious activity. If you notice any fraudulent or suspicious charges on your account, please visit a branch or call 281.488.7070 or 800.940.0708.

You may also request to have your JSC FCU credit card or debit card closed and have a new card issued. To order a new debit card:

You must be able to pick-up your card from the branch you designate within 7 business days. Please note, you will be charged a $4.00 card replacement fee, unless you have fraud on your account.
Save Time: Complete the order form online or visit us with a printed copy. eSign If you used a non-JSC FCU card, such as a Target debit or credit card, you should monitor that account and report any suspicious transactions to that card issuer.
