StarPC Features

JSC FCU's StarPC Online Banking service will allow you to:

  • Bill Pay Services - pay bills online, quickly and easily.

  • *ENHANCED* Account Alerts - set-up multiple account alerts, such as a balance alert or a check status, to automatically notify you about your account through email or text message; plus, now you can send text message alerts directly to your cell phone, rather than using your cellular email address (click here for detailed instructions)

  • Check your account balances (click here for detailed instructions)

  • *ENHANCED* View account transaction history including the amount, date, time and place of a transaction; plus, you'll now be able to view 30 days worth of transactions by default, rather than the past 10 days. You'll also have the ability to view cleared checks and print copies of cleared checks. (click here for detailed instructions)

  • View YTD tax information

  • *NEW* Balance Sheet - track account spending by categorizing transactions using customizable budget categories such as utilities, groceries, gas, housing, etc.; you'll also have the ability to establish budgets for these categories and view a graph to track how your real spending compares to your budget.   • Apply for a new loan

  • View you check history, check status, and place a stop payment on a check (click for detailed instructions on history, status or stop payment)

  • Check Withdrawal - request to withdraw a specific amount of money from your checking account and have a check mailed to you; please note that a fee may apply for this service (click here for detailed instructions)

  • Transfer funds between your JSC FCU accounts, set-up scheduled internal transfers, transfer funds to an external account (fee will apply), and transfer funds to other JSC FCU members (click for detailed instructions on transfers, scheduled internal transfers, external transfers or transfers to other members)

  • Download Account History (click here for detailed instructions)

  • View and Print your E-Statements - simply click the "E-Statements" under the Accounts menu in StarPC. You can also sign-up for E-Statements in StarPC.

  • Re-order checks online via our secure site

  • *NEW* Reset Forgotten Password - if you have forgotten your StarPC password, you can now reset it online by answering a number of security questions about your account (click here for detailed instructions)

  • Change Your Existing Password - if you would like to change your existing password, you can reset it within StarPC (click here for detailed instructions)

  • Send a secure message (click here for detailed instructions)
