Good To Know
For balance transfers, member will provide the following creditor information on debts to be paid: financial institution name, payment address, account number and balance.
After you receive your Visa Credit Card you will be mailed a letter within 7 business days with an assigned PIN number. If you wish to change the PIN please call the phone number on the letter and give them the Reference number provided. If you have forgotten your PIN contact a JSC FCU Visa Representative to request a PIN be mailed to you.
Applications are typically processed within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends).
Complete a JSC FCU application and electronically sign the document using a secure and intuitive online process. Please be aware that this process may verify your identity by asking a series of random "out-of-wallet" questions, which may be created from public record and credit databases.

- Member will receive a pre-approval letter (email for online apps) from a loan officer/processor. This will be your point of contact for your loan closing.
- Member should contact their loan officer to schedule a closing appointment.

A credit card is a revolving loan account that requires a payment at a later date. A debit card removes funds directly from a checking account.
A member must be 18 years of age to enter into a binding contract on a Visa Credit Card. If a member is at least 16 years old, a parent must apply as the co-borrower on the Visa Credit Card application.
You may print and return the Visa Credit Card Application at any of our branch locations. You may alsoapply online.
If this occurs during business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST, contact the Visa Department at 1-800-940-0708. If the line is busy and you receive a voice recording, please leave a telephone number where you can be reached during JSC FCU business hours. If you call after hours or during the weekend, please leave a message and your call will be returned on the first available business day.
A generated PIN number will be sent to you by mail. The mailer will have instructions if you prefer to change your PIN number.
Yes, Visa Credit Cards can be used for international merchant transactions. Please note there is a 1% fee for all international transactions.
A PIN number can be used at an ATM, this is considered a cash advance.
No, there is not a limit on a cash advance provided the credit limit is available. However, there are limits set on an ATM withdrawal. These limits are set by the financial institution and can vary from ATM to ATM.
Yes, you can use your VISA Credit Card at any ATM. You will be issued a PIN when you receive your credit card.
For your convenience a dispute form is available on the back of your monthly Visa Credit Card statement. You may also provide us a letter detailing your dispute or you can download the form off of eBanking.
Yes, you can pay your credit card bill through our Online Payment Center or any system of your choice.
Payment is due 25 days after the cycle date of your statement. Monthly payments are due on the 19th or 20th.
Visa payments are available on the next business day. For example, if a payment is made on Monday, it will be available on Tuesday. However, if a payment is made on a Friday, it will available on Monday.

The primary member will need to complete and sign a short form and surrender the authorized user's card at that time. To remove an authorized user, please complete the VISA Credit Card: Request to Remove Authorized User form found on the Forms & Documents page under Account Forms.
One card is issued per person. To request a card for an authorized user please complete the VISA Credit Card: Request for an Additional Credit Card form found on the Forms & Documents page under Account Forms.
The maximum limit we offer is $20,000.00.

To activate your new card call the 800-number printed on the sticker on the front of your card. You cannot activate a credit or debit card online.

After your order a card, it will arrive between 7 to 10 days.
Reissued VISA Credit Cards are mailed by the 15th of the previous month your card expires.
If your VISA Credit Card has expired and you have not received a new card, please contact the VISA department at 1.800.940.0708.
