- Member will receive a pre-approval letter (email for online apps) from a loan officer/processor. This will be your point of contact for your loan closing.

- Electronic Transfer (through eBanking)
- Member signs loan documents (see page 2 for complete list)
As long as your current credit card has been opened for 1 year, you are eligible to apply for the other card. This also applies if you have the VISA Platinum Rewards Credit Card and would like to apply for the VISA Platinum Credit Card. Credit will be pulled and approval of the card is based on creditworthiness.
A member can only have either the VISA Platinum or VISA Platinum Rewards Credit Card, not both.

A pin number can be used at an ATM, this is considered a cash advance.
No, there is not a limit on a cash advance provided the credit limit is available. However, there are limits set on an ATM withdrawal. These limits are set by the financial institution and can vary from ATM to ATM.
Yes, you can use your VISA credit card at any ATM. You will be issued a PIN when you receive your credit card.
For your convenience a dispute form is available on the back of your monthly credit card statement. You may also provide us a letter detailing your dispute or you can download the form off of eBanking.
The payment is calculated at 3.5% of the daily average balance.

Payment is due 25 days after the cycle date of your statement. Monthly payments are due on the 19th or 20th.
VISA payments are available on the next business day. For example, if a payment is made on Monday, it will be available on Tuesday. However, if a payment is made on a Friday, it will available on Monday.
In order to stop the cash advance interest, your VISA must be paid to zero. On that day the interest stops accruing. For example, if you did a cash advance on the 1st of the month and pay the balance to zero on the 15th of the month, your interest stops accruing. However, on the closing date, which is the 25th of every month, interest will be posted for the 15 days the money was borrowed.

Once the new card is ordered, the damaged card will not work. When you receive the new card in the mail you must call and activate it.
